sobrang defensive ng pagkakasulat ng side ng GMA. madali namang pag-usapan ito nang hindi na lalaki ang isyu eh. kailangan lang, magpakumbaba kung sino man ang dapat magpakumbaba. humingi ng paumanhin kung nararapat at ibigay ang tamang pagkilala sa dapat pagbigyan. tapos.

baka lumabas pa itong isyu na ito sa isang episode ng CASE: UNCLOSED. pero malamang, hindi rin.

I’m pasting here Gary Granada’s email update I received just now:

GARY GRANADA THANKS GMA NETWORK

In its latest statement, GMA Network finally admits letting the second composer listen to Gary Granada’s study but “only after she had submitted her own study of the jingle and, therefore, she could not have used Granada’s study.”

This is a very crucial piece of evidence because it makes you wonder, what is the point in letting the second composer listen to the study made by the first composer after approving the study submitted by the second composer? And if you look very closely, it says “study”, not “final version”. So I have a very simple question. Which came first:

A. Second composer submits final version; or
B. GMA Network lets second composer listen to Granada’s study.

Thank you GMA Network for publicly and officially confirming my claim, despite saying my claim is a lie. And since you threaten to sue me, I will be more than happy to see you in court.

Looks like GMA made a big mistake in admitting that the second composer heard the study, which is the crux of Gary’s claim. Gary can now readily sue GMA, apparently.

What GMA did to Gary Granada is way absurd. It is an obvious display of cheating and stealing.. (isn’t that they steal star/talents of Dos by luring them to fame yet, they end up “bakya” on TV) I am a fan Gary and I pray that you win this battle against people that do not appreciate the true essence of Pinoy Music. Kudos to you and Goodluck!
