ofcourse pldt dont mind if we cut their service to us. WHY? Becouse if we are still under contract they will require us to pay the penalty, and the line? they will just sell it to anothet victim i mean customer which in time will expirience our nightmare in PLDT DSL. who gain and who loose? Can some one do something about that no one. thats the reality of reach giving much favor that less fortunate

same thing is happening to me in my PLDT DSL considering i am under business plan. 3.5mbps is the speed i am paying them on time mothly but they are giving too slow speed and disconnected every now and then actually almost 10 to 15 mins my dsl is being disconnected or worst i even experience whole day of no dsl connection take note i am under business plan. then caling their customer service171 will only tell you “can i put on hold while im checking ur account” and when they came back to you assist you to what they call trouble shooting but if they cannot fix my dsl they will tell u ill call a technician to check on the line maybe its out cable that being affected. After few days same thing will happen then call then again same thing they will tell u parang recording lang even u know u r talking to a live pldt call center assistant. Pldt is a big company we why cant they give a good service to their paying customer or atlis dont stock up a customer to a 1 year contract and if they want to discontinue the contract becouse of bad connection and service they will charge with a penalty equivalent to a 3 month bills. If they cant give a good service we customers have the right to cut the plan a choose anothe net provider that can satisfy our business needs according to tha plan we are paying

support dont give deymm what help u need if im an A hole they are more A%%** than me they are just laughing at us while we call them at 171 typical agents dont care where they get their money its not pldt its the customer the reason you have a job.

I’m a home based virtual worker and I rely on the dsl. I’ve been loosing money because of this shit and I am also the bread winner. Our company policy is a no work no pay and 80 percent of the time I don’t have internet. 80 percent of the time i dont get my salary and I’m getting sick — literally because of the stress on where I will get the money to support my family.

kanino ba pede pang rekamo ang PLDT na yan?May ’2010 pa kasi yung for refund ko ,up to now wla pa rin assurance kung mababalik ba sakin yung sinigil nila sakin,walang service naman na ginawa,d kami nakabitan.Mayaman na eh,nagpapayaman pa lalo,marami atang d nila nabalik yung mga siningil nila sa tao.mahiya naman kayo.ibalik nyo sakin ang pera ko.

HOW DO WE GET EVEN ,BEC IT SEEMS EVEN IF THERE ARE 10MILLION COMPLAINTS..IT DOESNT MATTER,they dont care….lets use our mind than our emotions.let the ball rolling, i suggest someone kidnap these incompetent people behind PLDT, and teach them a leeson to hear complaint,not the CSR,but the people immediately above the CSR for refusing to hear the complaints.Overcharing is very common folkss

INIS NA INIS NA AKO SA PLDT!! almost 1year na kami naka subscribe sa PLDT on and off ang connection, at tuwing tumatawag kami sa costumer service laging cnasabing ayus na ang connection pero putang ina nmn. bat ganun?? almost 1year ganito ang nangyayari!!! PLDT FUCKS!

yes PLDT definitely do something about the stealing of cables SPECIALLY on my area!crap man!weve been getting our cables stolen like 7 or more times from january of 2010.i mean WTH is wrong with all of them.it couldnt be that much to sel those lines so yeah..i have to bribe a lineman just so he will go straight 2 my house the day after i text him but still it is often stolen pa din..wow god! i live in fairview btw and yes squaters are on the back of my house..and crap man..pls naman sana gawan nila ng paraan.

actually galit na galit din ako sa pldt ngaun, kasi 1 month n kmeng wlang Dial Tone at DSL! nagriring sa kabilang side pag tinatawagan, pero sa side nmen wala! itlog! pero as i browse other ISP providers para palitan na sana tong lintik na pldt na toh… nalaman kong na sa pilipinas nga pala tau! lahat ng DSL may kanya kanyang problema, even worst sa na eexperience nten sa PLDT… like sa Digitel having very slow connections, BayanDSl having intermittent connection, etc… kaya suggest ko before kau mag isip lumipat ng ibang ISP provider type nyo muna sa google “ISP provider name Sucks” then read the complaints before deciding kung lilipat ka nga o hindi!… ako siguro magttyaga na antayin nlng muna ung PLDT maayos ung line nmen, in many years naman na PLDT kme this is the worst downtime na na experience ko (in fairness sa pldt)… satisfy nman ako sa DSL nila ng hndi pa nag ddown linya nmen, oh well na sa pilipinas nga tau!
