		<description>yes PLDT definitely do something about the stealing of cables SPECIALLY on my area!crap man!weve been getting our cables stolen like 7 or more times from january of 2010.i mean WTH is wrong with all of them.it couldnt be that much to sel those lines so yeah..i have to bribe a lineman just so he will go straight 2 my house the day after i text him but still it is often stolen pa din..wow god! i live in fairview btw and yes squaters are on the back of my house..and crap man..pls naman sana gawan nila ng paraan.</description>

		<description>actually galit na galit din ako sa pldt ngaun, kasi 1 month n kmeng wlang Dial Tone at DSL! nagriring sa kabilang side pag tinatawagan, pero sa side nmen wala! itlog! pero as i browse other ISP providers para palitan na sana tong lintik na pldt na toh... nalaman kong na sa pilipinas nga pala tau! lahat ng DSL may kanya kanyang problema, even worst sa na eexperience nten sa PLDT... like sa Digitel having very slow connections, BayanDSl having intermittent connection, etc... kaya suggest ko before kau mag isip lumipat ng ibang ISP provider type nyo muna sa google &quot;ISP provider name Sucks&quot; then read the complaints before deciding kung lilipat ka nga o hindi!... ako siguro magttyaga na antayin nlng muna ung PLDT maayos ung line nmen, in many years naman na PLDT kme this is the worst downtime na na experience ko (in fairness sa pldt)... satisfy nman ako sa DSL nila ng hndi pa nag ddown linya nmen, oh well na sa pilipinas nga tau!</description>

I paid already the connection fee almost a month
pagkatapos sasabihin na my additional charges
binabayaran ko sabi wait for approval naghintay
ako and i followed up by phone sabi for refund na daw dahil in active at cancelled, i went to their
office  for refund na daw ang sabi ayaw mo na ba? what a shit! Sabi ko e refund ko nalang . Ang sabi sa akin na kapila daw ang mga refund.
It really shocks me  and its a big shit, matapos mo bayaran ang connection fee na walang serbisyo
pa pilahin ka pa para isauli and binayan mo!
kaya yong mga mag apply for connection pag isipan nyo ng 100 times ha.!
Sayang ang pera nyo baka di na maibalik.</description>

Sa Cainta Branch mapapaanak ka na sa kaaantay ng customer service, tapos mga deadmatic pa yung mga tao dun, palibhasa mga datangs na...dalawang oras ka talagang mag-aantay, isipin mo 1 month ka nang walang phone, tapos pag punta mo don magaantay ka pa ng dalawang oras....&amp;*# @ talaga! 		<description>last month i was billed for a non existing DSL connection, I was assured that the screw up was on their side and i didnt have to pay the wrong monthly bill, just pay the recomputed amount that they gave me. 

now my bill has arrived for this month and i have a warning of disconnection and im told that i have to pay the remaining balance from last month!

wala naman akong pldt DSL eh , ngayon baka madisconnect pako dahil hindi ko raw binayaran ng full yung last month eh sila rin naman yung nagbigay ng amount na babayaran ko last month, i mean ginawa ko lang naman yung pinagawa nila eh, tapos ngayon may disconnection warning na and according to their call center , i still have  a pldt DSl connection.</description>

		<description>wow... I typed in &quot;pldt sucks&quot; on yahoo and I came across this along with 75000 other search results. What does that tell us?

Right now, our phone line is out which is just great because now we can&#039;t call PLDT&#039;s &#039;costumer care&#039; lines. I actually woke up to find that our dsl was out but when it came back, the phone line died. What? Does that mean we can only chose one when we pay for BOTH service every effing month? 

Since we subscribed to their my dsl service, either the phone line or the dsl (or both) has been having problems. There is not a day that went that we didn&#039;t encounter a dsl connection interruption and their costumer care people just plain SUCKS. One time I was so pissed because I really needed to go online but because of a sudden problem in our dsl, I couldn&#039;t. I&#039;m in fucking college and I need a dependable connection. Frankly, PLDT can&#039;t give such a service. They would call you to report that you haven&#039;t paid your bills yet but NEVER have we received a call from them when we report a problem (which almost once a week, great huh?).  

I can go on and on about all the other inconveniences their crappy service and tech support had caused us (including a 12000 bill because of someone who managed to use our line to make a call to fucking middle east) but I guess you already know how lousy PLDT is. 

I mean, why can&#039;t they monitor their subscribers&#039; lines and see if there&#039;s a problem? I don&#039;t believe that they don&#039;t have that technology and that they are undermanned or some other crap like that. They offered to provide services and for fuck&#039;s sake are billing us for it. Isn&#039;t it just fair to keep their end of the bargain? 

So yeah. To those 75000 people that I assume have the sentiments that I do, we&#039;re unfortunately stuck with that company that was made for the sole purpose of collecting money. Sad but it&#039;s true. And if there are any millionaire out there who could read this thread, make a telephone/internet service provider with a damn good costumer support system and I guarantee, PLDT will go out of business in under a month.</description>

		<description>PLDT tech support and customer service was horrible, unhelpful and incompetent.  

I called PLDT because we were experiencing problems with someone trying to hack our system and download a worm.  After getting the ten minute run around on which number to call so I can report the problem I was finally able to speak with then tech support personnel.
They didn’t have a clue on what we was telling them .  They kept telling us not to visit sites that download virus to our system. 

 After explaining the problem to three technicians we were finally able to speak to a manager.  We provided him with the intruder IP address and other information.  He then asked us how we were able to get that information? We then spent the next 15 minutes  explaining to him about a &quot;firewall&quot; and using the command prompt. 

We asked the manager how he intended to handle this issue, he said PLDT is not responsible for what their users do on the network. They just provide the service.

Wala silang mabigay na sagot kung bakit tapos at least three days para bumalik sa normal ang connection mo.  PLDT wala ba kayong pang monitor ng speed para malaman nyo kaagad kung bumagal and isang connection. Gawa rin kayo ng announcements sa mga subscribers para malaman naming kung babagal o hindi.
