When I first wrote Dreams of a Career Shift I remember seeing some TV clips regarding that very same topic — specifically about the 1 year A320 certification crash course given by the Clark Aviation School. It’s only recently that I’ve found a similar clip, albeit not precisely the one I got to see:

Melynn was looking for articles with regard to the topic, searching for possibilities that her brother, a high-school senior, could explore career-wise. She also found this article about the same topic, originally published in the Manila Bulletin, as well as another article discussing the projected needs (and shortages) of pilots worldwide.

Now if only someone would lend me the $80,000 tuition and the more or less PHP75,000 required to correct my eyesight…
