Captive Audience

August 14th, 2007 · 5 Comments

Last week I haven’t been able to blog (at least not in this one) because of some challenges in my day job (WARNING: highly technical posts — choking hazard for non-programmers/non-techies. All I said is that I’ve been through a lot of shit).

The past weekend, I couldn’t write because all I wanted to do was gape at the unfolding of blog entries with regards to the Carl Ocab issue. Needless to say, the Philippine blogosphere has been a captive audience to this issue.

Quite interesting, to say the least, and it spawned an evil idea that’s brewing in my head right now… hehehe :p

But… but… she can recite the alphabet already! I don’t need to coach her! She can set up her own blog, it’s called: How to churn out money from a 2 year old!

    Bwahahahaha!

This “scandal” exposed that a good number of people had their doubts. :)

Noemi took it way too far when she started talking about child abuse - as if poor Carl was locked in a dungeon and was forced to blog by his Dad. Clearly, no one was thinking along those lines. hehe

I’ll try to give Carl and dad a run for their money. I’ll try a blog “How to make lots of cash online from 9 month old infant”..arg! Joke.

C’mon, the dad is making money using his son as a front. How ridiculous.

    Sam,

Ah yes, but, until we have substantiative proof, I don’t think we can come to any definitive conclusion.
