Some of those who regularly check this blog might be wondering what happened to me, or at least why I haven’t blogged for so long.

Well, I have a few excuses:

First, work has gotten in the way; I’m busy. Yeah right. :p But I do like the way things are going in my career, and I’m glad that I can say that I’m busy in a good way. The days are tiring, sometimes long, and at the end of the day the last thing on my mind is touching the computer at home.

When I do touch the computer — usually during weekends, and this is my second excuse… instead of connecting to the net, I’d double click on games instead. I put out my PC steering wheel and pedals, and play Need For Speed. Something that lets me safely simulate the idea of going drag racing without actually spending a fortune better spent on CJ’s needs.

My third excuse is that I have nothing to write about. Now, that sounds funny, if not oxymoronic. You might think that that is not true because of everything that had happened since February 24. Believe me, I’m watching. Believe me, I have my opinions. I some of you know me well enough to be sure that I do.

But putting my opinions down on paper (or typing it up to cyberspace) happens to be just too excruciating, if not depressing. I couldn’t trust anyone now: I couldn’t believe in anyone anymore. The foes of yesteryears are allies today; and tomorrow they’ll again fight and bicker just like any other day. It’s sickening. It makes me puke.

I’ve stopped thinking it’s worth writing about.

So there, I present my list of excuses. I’ve just finished playing my games, tomorrow I go back to my workstation and do what I do best.

Hopefully all those bastards out there would stop bullshitting my country and just do their jobs and enjoy life as I try to.
