Ang Kape Ni LaTtEX

Too much has happened the past week and so I couldn’t even stop for a few minutes and blog on something. I have a lot of stuff swimming in my head but can’t stop long enough to think and compose it into something readable so I’d have to forego doing that. Besides, there’s been enough attention (I think) paid towards the ongoing controversies.

Another important reason for me not being able to blog was because I’m too busy processing my resignation from here after accepting a job offer from here. People who value company stability and name-recall might question my decision, but a good offer is a good offer. Besides, I considered everything from pay to benefits to taxes (computing them manually is a pain in the behind) to the fact that I don’t need to give up family time, unlike going to that IT equivalent of a sweatshop with matching 2-year PHP200,000 bond. I start there next month, and again I’ll be working in Ortigas.

So everything’s looking up right now, barring any ill effects from the current political fiasco.
